- Labor organizations who provide benefits to their members.
- Employers outside Ohio who are interested in our group purchasing programs and
- Vendors in the healthcare industry that wish to support the work of HAC.

| *Public employers that participate in HAC group purchasing programs pay Associate (purchasing) dues and retain voting rights. Community non-profit organizations with fewer than 300 employees are eligible for Public membership dues. |

| Sponsor Members have additional opportunities to support HAC educational programming and the community work of the HAC charity, Health Quality Forum. |
| |
| To remain an independent voice for purchasers, HAC Regular Membership is available to healthcare providers (hospitals, for example) and to medical suppliers (pharmaceutical and device companies) as employers, but only if their participation is by staff that is responsible for the purchase of healthcare benefits for employees and retirees, typically Human Resources or Finance. |
